Association Bylaws
The name "USS Duluth Crewmembers Association" was specifically chosen to describe exactly what it is and why it exists. It is an organization that was created and exists specifically an an Association for the benefit of the many crew members that served onboard the USS Duluth LPD-6. Our Association was organized on May23, 2013 with the express intention of holding regular reunions with the officers and crew members of the USS Duluth LPD-6.

Our Association holds reunions every two years since becoming a non-profit organization, beginning in 2013 in Duluth, Minnesota. We have elected officers and ratified Bylaws and Articles of Association that govern our operations.
