    In an ongoing effort to continually improve and be responsive to the needs and wishes of the crew, the Executive Board of the USS Duluth Crewmembers Association has voted unanimously, to post the minutes of our meetings for all Members to be able to review.

    The Board has a regularly scheduled meeting, typically one hour in length, which takes place the first week of each month.  Occasionally, a matter may arise that creates the need for a special, dedicated meeting in between regular monthly meetings.
